The left page then explains that every voter has two votes, one for the councilor and one for the chairman.

ข้อแนะนำก่อนการลงคะแนนเลือกตั้ง	Advice on what to do before going to cast a ballot
ตรวจสอบรายชื่อจากบัญชีรายชื่อผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง ณ	Check the name list with the names of the eligible voters at
• ทีว่าการอำเภอทีท่านมีชื่อ	• the local district office if it has your name
• หน่วยเลือกตั้งทีท่านมีชื่อทีมีสิทธิลงคะแนน	• the local polling station if it has your name as eligible voter
เลือกตั้ง ทั้งนี้ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๓๐ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๑	to be able to vote before March 30 2551

การเพิ่มชื่อ	how to add your name
กรณีผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งพบว่าตนไม่มีรายชื่อ	In case an eligible voter finds himself not enlisted
อยู่ในบัญชีรายชื่อผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง ให้นำสำเนา	in the voter register bring a copy
ทะเบียนบ้านฉบับเจ้าบ้าน และบัตรประจำตัว	of the house register and a copy of the ID card
ประชาชน หรือบัตรประจำตัวอื่นใดที่ทางราชการ	or another official identification card.
ออกให้ยื่นคำร้องขอเพิ่มชื่อต่อนายทะเบียน	Go and ask for inscription
ท้องถิ่น ณ งานทะเบียนราษฎร์สำนักงาน	at the local registration office
ทะเบียนท้องถิ่น และที่ว่าการอำเภอ ก่อนวัน	and district office before
เลือกตั้งไม่น้อยกว่า ๑๐ วัน ทั้งนี้ตั้งแต่วันที่	10 days of the voting day, after
